Rob is the founder, co-owner and A&R for the record label Tru Thoughts. He’s worked with and introduced many acts into the musical world, including Quantic, Bonobo and Alice Russell.

Adam is a Director at Big Egg Films, a full-service video production company. Adam’s background progressed from performing, to producing and ultimately to directing, filming and editing.

Rifa is an events organiser, coach, producer and advocate for inclusivity in tech. Rifa launched SheSays Brighton and curates Spring Forward Festival.

Victoria makes theatrical shows, performances and films. She spends time with different communities and is an active participant in their rituals as research for her work, even becoming a pigeon racer and stand-up comedian.

Jarlath is an artist and educator with over 30 years of experience in the arts working in the area of performance, video and photography. For the past few years he has been teaching media production at DV8 Sussex & BHASVIC.

Joe, aka J-Felix, is flying the flag for modern Funk and UK Soul. He’s made multiple EP’s and remixes over the years both on Tru-Thoughts and Midnight Riot Records.

Prema is a Lighting Designer for drama and dance productions, and installations. She is the founder of Stage Sight and was nominated for the h100 Awards 2019.
SUHAYLA EL BUSHRA
Writer
Suhayla is a screenwriter and playwright. Her plays have been performed at The National Theatre, The Royal Court, The Kiln and The Lyceum Theatre. She has written for TV shows Hollyoaks and Ackley Bridge.

Musician, Composer & Scientist
Ed’s background is in composing music for theatre and film as well as performing in several ensemble and solo settings. He composes using a variety of electroacoustic and traditional methods.

Television & Live Events Producer
Megan has worked in television for many years. She produces documentaries and factual entertainment for all the major broadcasters, with credits including RTS Award shortlisted Saving Lives At Sea (BBC).
JOE McALISTER
Computational Artist
Joe’s work focuses on themes encompassing artificial intelligence, metadata and embodied interaction, taking a particular interest in how technology can be used to aid progressive discussion.
